Call: Car Concerns Collision Team
Get The Cash That You Deserve! Call On Legal Fast-Lane |
After being injured in a an auto accident, you’re in pain, medical bills are stacking up by the minute, and you’re out of work, unable to earn the money you need to afford treatment. What’s worse, the accident happened because of another driver’s negligence and the insurance company is giving you the runaround. Contact the experienced Auto Accident Team Legal FastLane @ LegalFastLane@yahoo.com.
We will investigate and fight on your behalf to recover the compensation you need for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Our car accident lawyers that we work with are Top-Tier and have represented clients like you in and out of court throughout the USA. Don’t hesitate! Going it alone after a car accident could risk the compensation you deserve.
Many victims of auto accidents try to handle their own personal injury cases, hoping the insurance companies will settle as promptly and fairly as they promise. Unfortunately, insurance companies are still businesses whose main interest lies in making money. Their focus isn’t always on what is best for victims of auto accidents, and having a skilled and aggressive Legal Fast-Lane Auto Car Accident Team Pro on your side will help protect your rights to compensation.
After Your Accident Don’t sign anything from an insurance adjustor until you’ve spoken to an experienced Auto Accident Team of Fast Lane-Legal. Insurance adjustors will sometimes show up at the scene of an accident and ask leading or incriminating questions when victims are at their most vulnerable, and you could be signing away any future rights to compensation.
Gather as much information as you can at the scene of the accident. Be proactive and take pictures and interview witnesses. It is extremely difficult to refute photographic evidence in a Tennessee or Kentucky car accident lawsuit. Be sure to take note of phrases witnesses say, like “that black car was swerving,” or, “that truck flew through the intersection.” Take down names and contact information as well just in case your claim goes to court. Visit your doctor immediately. Any delay may hurt your claim. Also, be sure to follow all recommendations and keep records and prescriptions on file. Remember, you have the right to choose your physician. Don’t let the insurance adjustor choose one for you.
Contact your insurance company as soon as possible. A delay in reporting a Kentucky or Tennessee auto accident could hurt your case. Keep records and files as time passes. Keep a journal detailing how you felt after the car accident. Six or seven months later, it can be difficult to remember how painful it was just to lift your arms to brush your teeth, and an insurance adjustor may try to say you are exaggerating your injuries.
Also keep receipts from household services received, such as house cleaning and lawn mowing services.
Don't hire a lawyer who will charge you up to 40% of your accident funds. The Legal Fast-Lane Auto Accident Team Professionals have over 30 years of experience and are paid fractional in comparison to lawyers. The Legal Fast-Lane Auto Accident Team is sharp, driven, and experienced. When you’ve been injured by someone’s negligence in an auto accident, you need the help of someone who has a history of standing up to insurance companies and demanding the compensation victims deserve for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
It's your money so get what you deserve. Don’t go at it alone! Contact us NOW! LegalFastLane@yahoo.com

Small Businesses Increase Their Share of Exports
According to new data published by the U.S. Department of Commerce, small businesses have increased their share of exports in the two years.
Companies with fewer than 500 employees accounted for 35 percent of exports in the third quarter of 2011, according to preliminary figures from the Census Bureau. That’s up from about 32.8 percent in 2009. The figure, from a report to be released in April, refers only to sales of goods, not services.Learn more here (under the Exporting sub-head).

The Noisy Driver of Economic Growth: Exports
Oh come on now ... really?
Much of the rise in exports is a consequence of domestic problems. The value of the dollar has declined, so that foreigners save money when they buy American. Businesses, struggling to find customers here, are focusing on foreign sales. And a boom in commodity prices, which has raised the price of life for most Americans, has produced a windfall for those who trade in commodities.Read the entire outlook here. As always, the comments are intriguing (like the one shown above).

Increase American Exports
President Obama called on the United States to double the number of U.S. exports in 5 years in order to support 2 million new jobs as part of the National Export Initiative.
One of the International Trade Administration's strategies to achieve this is through the New Market Exporter Initiative (NMEI), which targets Strategic Partners’ current customers who are exporting goods and services abroad in order to help them expand their reach to additional international markets.
Why?
One of the International Trade Administration's strategies to achieve this is through the New Market Exporter Initiative (NMEI), which targets Strategic Partners’ current customers who are exporting goods and services abroad in order to help them expand their reach to additional international markets.
Why?
On average, approximately fifty-eight percent (58%) of all U.S. exporters only sell to one market overseas. By focusing resources on these U.S. small- and medium-sized companies who already have knowledge of exporting, we increase the opportunity to have the largest impact.Learn more here or quickly download this document in PDF format.
